<h3>Job Title</h3>NL Corporate Income Tax and Tax accounting – Senior Manager<p></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p></p><p><span>This position allows you to combine your understanding of Dutch Corporate Income Tax (“CIT”) </span><span>regulations, tax compliance and IFRS/tax accounting knowledge.</span></p><p></p><h1><br/><b>Your role:</b></h1><ul><li><p><span>Preparation of the Dutch CIT returns for all Dutch Philips legal entities,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Preparing and documenting tax positions to strengthen compliance, documentation and </span><span>reporting processes for internal processes, audit purposes and contemporaneous </span><span>discussions with the Dutch tax authorities,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Correct reflection of Dutch tax accounting positions in the monthly, quarterly and annual </span><span>closing process, including close cooperation on the positions with the central tax </span><span>accounting team to ensure financial integrity and transparency of the Philips Group IFRS </span><span>consolidated tax position and related reporting processes,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Performing periodical Dutch Tax forecasting process and provide Tax (P&amp;L and Cash) </span><span>guidance for mid to long term,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participating in the regular meetings with the Dutch CIT team and central tax accounting </span><span>team,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contributing to the Group tax team goals.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1><b>You are a part of</b></h1><p><span>You will be part of the Group Tax team located in the Netherlands, consisting of approximately </span><span>20 tax colleagues that cover the full spectrum of direct tax, indirect tax and tax accounting and </span><span>reporting. You will join the Dutch team that is responsible for the overall CIT position of Philips </span><span>in the Netherlands, and report to the Head of Tax Benelux. You will also work closely together </span><span>and support the central tax accounting team in the Netherlands.</span></p><p></p><h1><br/><b>You're the right fit if you have the following skills and experience:</b></h1><ul><li><p><span>Master’s degree in tax /accounting / finance / economics,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Approximately 5 years’ relevant experience stretching the Dutch CIT and tax </span><span>accounting/IFRS domain in an in-house or Big 4 role,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Dutch native speaker, as the focus in on Dutch rules and regulations, and fluent in </span><span>English (both verbally and in writing) which is the internal reporting language,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Team player within and across departments,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Affinity with complex financial administrations, (tax) accounting and IT-systems (i.e. </span><span>Hyperion) is and advantge.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h1><br/><b>About Philips</b></h1><p><br/>We are a health technology company.
