This position holds overall responsibility for our online products within the Payment Service Provider (PSP) domain, with a clear focus on merchant and customer experience, technology-driven development, and business growth. You will lead a team of approximately 20 people and report directly to the Head of Product &amp; Development. Swedbank Pay has a modern and robust technology platform for providing online payments, but is currently lacking in commercial reach. Within the company`s client portfolio, we have some of the Nordic's most well-known brands. But we have not scaled our online offerings to their full potential yet.</p><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>More about the position: </strong></p><p>As Head of Online within Swedbank Pay Product &amp; Development you will: </p><ul> <li>Lead, inspire, and develop a cross-functional team consisting of product owners  &amp;  product managers, developers, architects, and a team leader.</li> <li>Define and communicate a clear strategy and vision for PSP Online aligned with the company’s overall goals.</li> <li>Ensure high performance in our online payment solutions in terms of availability, security, conversion, operational efficiency and user experience.</li> <li>Identify and drive new business opportunities and digital innovations within online payments.</li> <li>Own the budget, forecasting, and resource allocation for the area.</li> <li>Establish effective processes, KPIs, and performance tracking to ensure efficiency and goal alignment.</li> <li>Be an active member of the product leadership team, contributing to the broader development of the organization.</li> </ul><ul> </ul><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>We think it`s good if you have: </strong></p><ul> <li>Proven leadership experience in a digital product or tech environment, preferably within payments, fintech, or e-commerce.</li> <li>Experience managing larger teams and building strong team cultures.</li> <li>Deep understanding of online payments and related business models.</li> <li>Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on, with strong prioritization and data-driven decision-making skills.</li> </ul><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>As a person, you are: </strong></p><ul> <li> Natural leader with excellent communication skills and a coaching leadership style.</li> <li> Proactive, pragmatic, and business-oriented mindset.</li> <li> Thrives on creating structure, driving improvements, and fostering growth in collaboration with others.</li> </ul><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>What can we offer you?</strong></p><p>Together with driven and inspiring colleagues, you will be part of an exciting company undergoing a transformational journey, shaping the future of payment solutions.</p><p>We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment with centrally located offices in Stockholm.
