The IM MAKE MES Program is a global business transformation program that will modernize the recording of our batch execution processes and harmonize them into a single, MES application standard.
We are searching for the best talent for MES Program Lead ATSC. This hybrid position will be located in Spring House, PA with alternate locations in Raritan, NJ, and Gent Belgium.
This position will support the standardized deployment of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across the Advanced Therapies Supply Chain (ATSC) sites, as part of the IM MAKE MES Program.

The ATSC MES Program Lead will be accountable for the deployment of the future state end-to-end Manufacturing Execution System solution and will lead site-based project managers, with the support of a global team of experienced Subject Matter Experts, on batch record modelling, automation integration, business standardization and quality. This role will be part of the Digital Operations and Technical Services (DOTS) organization.
This position will work across all program functions / work streams and global teams to ensure smooth implementation, including solution readiness, business readiness and transition to end-state. Additionally, will be responsible for project management and governance and is a primary conduit to the Business Sponsor/Leads across PMO, JJT, and other collaborators in a partnership to ensure program objectives are achieved, interdependencies are handled, and risks mitigated.
Accountable for financial oversight of a $75–$100 million program budget.
Responsibilities:
Provides financial stewardship for the program within ATSC by partnering with cross‑functional teams to validate the overall program BP/LRFP and project‑level cost estimates. Helps ensure investment assumptions are consistently developed in alignment with global standards, best practices, and current site needs.
Collaborates with site project leads to develop aligned, integrated project plans, timelines, and clearly defined results.
Collaborates across sites and programs to identify and navigate interdependencies, risks, and challenges, partnering with collaborators to establish controls, effective cadence, and mitigation strategies.
