As a Product Owner III within PNC's Retail Product Management & Development organization, you will be based within PNC's footprint with some in office responsibilities as needed.

This role is a high level Salesforce Administration role that will be asked to:
• Demonstrated experience administering Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud), including user setup, security, permissions, custom objects, workflows, reporting and dashboards
• Oversee Salesforce Portfolio Management: Manage portfolio prioritization and capacity planning allocation across initiatives and business needs; responsible for $40+mm Retail portfolio, Responsible for ensuring work is well-defined and “ready to build""
• Consult on estimates for builds and solution designs: Strong Understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities with the ability to recommend and implement scalable solutions that support business processes and evolving team needs, Preferred working knowledge of Atlassian suite of products (Confluence, JIRA etc.)

This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

Job Description

  • Owns the vision and definition of the product. Serves as the voice of the Customer. Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Team(s) effort is concentrated on the right priorities based on business value.
  • Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to ensure a successful product based on business value.
  • Drives the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Leads grooming of the product backlog and ensures the backlog is correctly prioritized based on business value.
  • Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Master(s) and development team(s), are focused on the right priorities during the development process. Primary point of contact for questions from the team(s) and is empowered to make decisions.
  • Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Team(s). Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to the stakeholders and clients.
