Valet Supervisor is responsible for schedules, monitoring job expectations, assisting leadership team with employee evaluations and the disciplinary process, and keeps leader informed of day-to-day operations. Job Description
Essential Functions:
- Establishes work schedules monthly or as directed by Manager. Including management of resources as needed for PTO and call outs.
- Track and report to leadership daily statistics for Valet services.
- Coordinate with department manager needs for staffing requests – additional/replacement caregivers.
- Screen/Interview candidates for open Valet positions.
- Orient and train all new Valet caregivers.
- Coach caregivers as needed to ensure quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with Security as needed for Safety of patients, guests, and visitors.
- Monitor entrance/parking road conditions and coordinate with Facilities department for issue resolution.
- All other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements
Required:
Certification - Driver's License - State
Preferred:
Education - High School Diploma/GED Equivalent in General Studies
Experience - 1+ years of Transmission (Auto/Manual) Experience
