  • Manage relationships with external counsel, providing oversight and coordination on matters related to new product development, contractual review, and regulatory interpretation.
  • Evaluate, select, implement and maintain a Contract Management System to improve contract visibility, lifecycle management, and compliance oversight.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Compliance and Operations and the Chief Information Security Officer to establish and maintain a proactive regulatory monitoring program, including identifying authoritative sources, tracking legislative and regulatory developments, assessing impact, and delivering clear, actionable reporting to business and compliance stakeholders.
  • Maintain and govern the Compliance policy and standard operating procedure (SOP) repository, ensuring documentation remains current, accessible, and aligned with regulatory expectations and business practices.
  • Partner with functional leaders across the organization to enhance and mature enterprise programs, including those related to artificial intelligence governance, change management, and peer review.
  • This role includes the potential to lead and manage the Compliance team, depending on business needs and candidate experience
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives that advance organizational objectives and strengthen Coterie’s compliance and operational maturity.
