About the role

Oracle is seeking an exceptional leader to join our NetSuite team as Senior Director for the Optimize Cash & Profits Value Stream product organization. This is a high-impact role where you will lead a team responsible for driving product strategy and development for a critical area of the Oracle NetSuite product. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate creative thinking and the ability to collaboratively craft extraordinary solutions for our customers key business challenges. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Oracle NetSuite's cloud-based offerings, ensuring businesses can achieve the optimization of their cash & profits goals efficiently and effectively.

- Lead a subset of the work areas within the cross-functional optimize cash and profits value stream team, including product managers, engineering, design, and research.

- Own the product vision and strategy, identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities and incorporating Generative AI, Machine Learning, AI Agents and other emerging technologies to enhance Oracle NetSuite's capabilities.

- Drive product innovation by conceptualizing and delivering new features and enhancements that improve financial visibility, forecasting, and decision-making for NetSuite customers.

- Collaborate with marketing, go-to-market, sales and other functions, to define and execute the product roadmap for the Optimize Cash & Profits Value Stream.

- Collaborate with the product marketing team to develop compelling positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience and differentiates Oracle NetSuite in the market.

- Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and monitor industry trends to identify new product opportunities and improvements.

- Work closely with the development team to prioritize features, refine product requirements, and ensure timely and successful product releases.

- Represent the product organization in client-facing situations, including executive-level presentations, customer advisory boards, and industry conferences.

- Mentor and develop the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $155,600 to $338,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
