Within Engineering & Construction France, the Cryogenic Technologies Center (CTC) is located in Vitry sur Seine (Val de Marne).
This Center aims at fostering innovation for Air Liquide Group competitiveness by accelerating the Time to Market of innovative Technological bricks and especially in the frame of Energy Transition, H2 production and CO2 capture through:
Development of prototypes and FOIK units before actual implementation and manufacturing in our high value manufacturing centers
Test of the innovation to insure reliability and performance
CTC ensure as well the long-term availability of critical mechanical competencies required for our E&C proprietary equipment & developments such as Brazed Aluminum Heat Exchangers and Distillation Columns

 

The CTC project manager anticipates, plans, coordinates the manufacturing of equipment and industrialisation projects from the estimation phase up to the delivery. 

The project manager executes prototypes, projects, of high Technological maturity (typically TRL 7, 8, 9) meaning industrial prototypes, FOIK units, commercial projects.

In particular:

• He/She prepares of the quotation, commercial and technical offers to the internal customers (Group or E&C)

• He/She prepares the industrial strategy of project execution with help of internal stakeholders such as Fabrication team, Quality Control team, Technological Experts, Design Office in order to deliver a Make or Buy Plan, Assembly sequence, Purchasing Plan.

• He/She coordinates the CTC teams to execute the studies, manufacturing and tests of the equipment with the respect of Safety rules, Quality, Schedule and Budget that has been set up.

• He/She is accountable for the contractual delivery date, the budget, the conformity of the equipment to the technical specifications and regulation. 

• He/she is responsible for the communication with the Client, the internal reporting to the management.

 

Are you a MATCH?

 

• Engineering master degree with experience in industrial gases

• Experience in ASU construction and/or knowledge in manufacturing processes (boiler making, welding etc…)

• Familiar with ASME construction code impostions

• Knowledge in Cryogenics.

• Technical appetency and curiosity, open minded, solution oriented, autonomy, ability to network are key skills to succeed 

• Rigor and perseverance are also fundamental

• Well organized and pragmatic 

• Ability to communicate efficiently with different personalities and professional categories

• Fluent in French and English
