How you will make an impact: 

The Health Services Director is responsible for the overall management, compliance, and success of the assisted living clinical services program licensed by the department of health.  The Health Services Director will ensure that all clinical staff are trained and competent to not only provide quality service to residents and their families.  You will be responsible for monitoring that the initiation of services is seamless and that personalized care plans are up-to-date to reflect the residents needs and desires.  Work with a team of nurses to deliver exceptional results.   

Schedule is Monday-Friday, Day Shift.  

Weekend coverage is required with rotating on-call between nursing team and manager on duty (with 8-9 department heads) 

What you will need: 

• Minnesota Registered Nurse in good standing 
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience; preferably in Assisted Living  
• Current CPR certification.
