Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. The Opportunity

As a member of the Ally Supply Chain (ASC) Sourcing organization, this position will have primary responsibility for leading sourcing and contracting initiatives across our Enterprise Functions, specifically focused on supporting our Human Resources line of business. Responsible for partnering with stakeholders to establish integrated sourcing teams, define business requirements, perform market analyses, review risk assessments, formulate sourcing strategies, and execute objective, fact-based sourcing initiatives to optimize total cost of ownership. This position will also ensure complete, accurate and proactive management of all contract inventories, P2P system/project updates, data quality metrics, service levels, supplier risk assessments, and sourcing events. At this time, Ally will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.

The Work Itself

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities, ensuring all supplier agreements align with company legal standards, including review and negotiation of contractual terms and conditions (T&Cs).
• Draft, evaluate, and negotiate commercial contract language (e.g., pricing, payment terms, delivery/Incoterms, warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and termination clauses) in partnership with Legal and key stakeholders.
• Responsible for procurement activities in direct support of Enterprise Function Lines of business. 
• Identify and collaborate with a variety of internal colleagues and workgroups critical to implementing sourcing initiatives, negotiating contracts, leading third-party relationships and onboarding/offboarding supplier partners.
