Pair Team is on a mission to improve the wellbeing of underserved communities by connecting them to high-quality care.

Pair Team cares for the highest-need Medicaid recipients through a community-led model. We build local partnerships with shelters, food pantries, and other community-based organizations to turn them into a site of care. As a support system for the community, we provide wraparound clinical services, up-skill CBO staff to become Community Health Workers, and utilize our proprietary data-driven technology platform, Arc, for care coordination. Through Medicaid MCOs, we provide healthcare for hard-to-reach, high-need individuals, while sharing healthcare dollars with community groups to expand their social support programs.

About the Opportunity

As the Director of Partner Success you will own the build and harmony of our Partner Network which is currently made up of our Providers, Community Based Organizations, Independent Physician Associations, Federally Qualified Health Centers, and Emergency Departments (but more to come!). You will lead a team of Partner Success Managers and Implementation Leads to support the onboarding and ongoing satisfaction of our Partners. You will also drive the integration of Pair Team into localized communities to build our presence and relationships in the communities we serve, naturally supporting organic growth and increased partnership conversion.

This is a remote position with required travel to meet at partner sites and within the community (roughly 1/mo in California). This role will report directly to the EVP of Operations.

 

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of Partner Success Managers and Implementation Leads
• Build and scale the playbook for our Partner success management and implementation functions
• Develop and maintain deep localize community presence across our Partner Network through events, board memberships, enterprise partnerships, etc
• Build deep relationships with key Partner stakeholders to promote community evangelism 
• Develop, track and continuously measure key Partner satisfaction and community integration metrics
• Act as the Senior POC for enterprise Partners and own the implementation handoff from Growth to Ops
• Conduct regular business reviews with enterprise Partners to assess performance, obtain feedback and identify new opportunities 
• Present new collaborations and opportunities to Partners, highlighting their benefits and ROI
• Collaborate with the Growth team to identify additional upsell or expansion opportunities 

What You’ll Need 

• 7-8+ years in partner success, account management and/or customer success 
• Experience managing a customer/partner success team with a proven track record of success
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced startup environment (early-s
