Job Type Full-time Description

Summary 


The Senior BCBA, Virtual Care Specialist role provides remote care across multiple centers to promote 

access and continuity of care for clients. This position involves developing and implementing 

individualized treatment plans and offering support to clients and their families remotely. 


Essential Functions

  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position. 
  • Write treatment plans and treatment plan renewals as required for each insurance authorization period 
  • Maintain billable and caseload expectations 
  • Provide supervision and instruction to direct staff on correct implementation of treatment program 
  • Ensure (R)BTs receive quality and sufficient supervision 
  • Ensure fidelity of each client’s treatment program and behavioral protocols 
  • Oversee data collection by direct staff 
  • Provide parent training and support 
  • Work collaboratively with SLP and/or OT clinicians 
  • Complete 8 hours of BCBA Supervisor Training and provide supervision to BCBA mentees if needed 
  • Works to positively impact team and center morale. 
  • Complete all clinical documentation and billing via electronic health record (EHR) in a thorough, efficient, and timely manner, in compliance with internal and external quality and regulatory requirements. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to include risk management and crisis 
  • Participate in staff performance management as necessary 
  • Adhere to the BACBs Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analyst 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to include risk management and crisis management protocols 
  • Additional tasks as needed

Meeting Expectations

  • Team meetings with Clinical Directors 
  • Regular meetings with AVP 
  • Monthly BCBA meetings 
  • Additional meetings as requested 


Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This position supervises behavior technicians and BCBAs.


Remote Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct virtual sessions and meetings as required, utilizing appropriate technology and tools. 
  • Virtually participate in on-site activities at our centers, including client sessions, team meetings, 
  • and staff training as appropriate. 
  • Manage a flexible schedule to accommodate all responsibilities. 
  • Maintain a dedicated, quiet, and confidential workspace free from distractions to ensure 
  • productivity and protect sensitive information during work hours.


Physical Demands

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer


Travel Required

  • Travel is not a requirement of this position.


Education and Experience

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required 
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analyst 
  • Licensures Required: Massachusetts Licensed Behavior Analyst


Additional Requirements 

  • Employees in this role are considered essential workers as part of the critical infrastructure. 
  • No prior criminal history. 
  • Ability to utilize technology 
  • Strong computer skills required – Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Windows 
  • Specific computer skills required – Central Reach 
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment
