About the Work:

The Contract Recruiter will focus on building the candidate pipeline, and filling key roles from individual contributor to director level across “corporate” functions including: Business Operations, Sales, HR, Legal, Finance, and others.  This is a full time contract position expected to last 2-3mo. 

Responsibilities:

• Successfully source and hire top talent 
• Full-cycle recruitment for corporate function roles 
• Developing a sourcing strategy in partnership with hiring managers 
• Sourcing candidates via third party sites such as LinkedIn
• Reviewing applicant resumes to identify top candidates
• Conducting initial screening/interviewing of candidates; recommending top talent to move forward
• Managing candidate and hiring team expectations throughout the recruiting process
• Extending offers and closing candidates on joining Honor 
• Support multiple concurrent searches and recruitment processes 
• Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer; create a positive candidate experience regardless of outcome.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines by understanding team needs and seeking out diverse candidates
• Acting as a strategic and consultative partner to our hiring managers; helping them understand and navigate the recruiting process, and overcome challenges
• Use data driven decision making to efficiently and effectively fill roles w/in KPI targets (Time to Fill, Days to Offer, Hires per Month)
• Use Greenhouse ATS to manage requisition and candidate workflows, create and send key reports, and communicate with recruiting stakeholders

Requirements: 

• At least 7 years of full cycle recruiting experience; 2 years of in-house/corporate recruiting experience
• Experience in a high growth and/or startup environment strongly preferred
• Experience recruiting at various levels from individual contributor to senior leadership
• Ability to successfully work both independently and on a team in an ambiguous environment
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter required
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS, Google Workplace, and Slack preferred

Our range reflects the hiring range for this position.  We use national average to determine pay as we are a remote first company.  Individual pay is based on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, experience, education, and training.

Base pay is just a part of our total rewards program.  Honor offers equity and 401K with up to a 4% match.  We provide medical, dental and vision coverage including zero cost plans for employees.  Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability and Life Insurance are fully employer paid with a voluntary additional Life Insurance option.  We offer a generous time off program, mental health benefits, wellness program, and discount program.

Hourly Hiring Range$65—$70 USD

Honor is remote friendly! We're hiring across the U.S., with an entirely virtual interview and onboarding process. Most of our positions are remote/work from home and do not require permanent relocation. As conditions allow, we have office space for in-person collaboration in our San Francisco Bay Area, CA, Austin, TX, and Omaha, NE hubs.
