Position Overview:
The Agency is seeking to fill an Administrative Assistant II position which provides office support to the Medicaid litigation unit within the General Counsel's Office.
This position will provide administrative support for the Medicaid litigation attorneys.
Duties include but are not limited to preparing a variety of legal documents and reports; monitoring all assignments received by attorneys; set up, establish, organize, and maintain an efficient and complete filing system (electronic); prompt and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing mail and faxes; making travel arrangements and submitting reimbursements; scheduling meetings and other events as requested by supervisors; track all Medicaid final orders; assist with preparation of various reports as needed; prepare requests for system access; receive telephone calls and take messages as necessary; field routine calls from the public; assist other staff as needed; and other duties as assigned.
