Non-CA Pay Range (Annual):
$165,100.00 - $306,500.00At Infinera, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. Your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for equity grants, discretionary bonuses, or commission payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company’s incentive plans, the Company’s financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.

Infinera's Subsea IPM is a groundbreaking solution designed to optimize the performance and efficiency of submarine cable system by intelligently managing optical power distribution within the cable.
As a Subsea IPM Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Infinera subsea business. You will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies, overseeing product development, and addressing customer feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be instrumental in positioning Infinera subsea offerings as market leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy:
Develop product strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and portfolio evolution.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Define product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
Product Development:
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Collaborate with engineering, regional PLM and sales teams to ensure products meet technical specifications, quality standards, and market requirements.
Manage product budgets and timelines.
Customer Focus:
Build strong relationships with key customers and understand their needs and pain points.
Gather customer feedback and incorporate it into product development and improvement processes.
Provide technical support and address customer inquiries.
Sales and Marketing:
Develop sales and marketing materials, including product presentations, datasheets, and case studies.
Support sales efforts by providing product training and technical expertise.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective marketing campaigns.
Support sales on answering technical queries related to ongoing RFx.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in product management, preferably in the subsea industry.
Strong understanding of subsea technologies and applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
