Lead the Compliance Program – Implement and continuously improve a comprehensive compliance management system

Own Regulatory Strategy – Drive implementation of new regulations and ensure organizational readiness for change

Audit & Oversight Leadership – Oversee compliance reviews, ensure accuracy, and present findings to executive leadership and committees

Risk Advisory Role – Provide insight into new products, marketing, and organizational initiatives to mitigate risk while supporting growth.

8–10+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or related field
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional certifications

Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks in financial services
Exceptional communication and influencing skills across all levels of an organization


 

Salary Range: $100,000– $125,000 annually depending on experience, education, and skills.
