How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsibilities for this role will be to provide MIS reporting and analytics to support Global Servicing operations, with an immediate focus on the new card account process.  Our organization delivers value through the creation and delivery of timely, accurate data and analysis bolstered by strong technical abilities and deep subject matter expertise. Excelling in this role requires a keen ability to learn complex processes and tools, communicate effectively, write technical requirements documents, and manage technical projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 plus years of strong programming and data mining skills, with an emphasis on SQL and Python
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to learn complex operational processes and data landscapes
• Self-motivated, with ability to work well independently or with a team
• Ability to deconstruct processes, investigate issues, and develop solutions
• Comfort in communicating to customers, partners and senior leadership on complex subjects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Tableau and Microsoft Power BI
• Experience with data warehouses and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field

Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
