Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing, configuring, and implementing SAP HCM solutions, with a primary focus on payroll and time management. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration, provide expert-level troubleshooting, and drive continuous improvements in SAP functionality.

Requirements

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM solutions, focusing on payroll and time management modules.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with other business systems.
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM modules.
• Conduct system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and functionality.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
• Train and support end-users to maximize the utilization of SAP HCM modules.
• Stay current with SAP updates, enhancements, and best practices to improve system performance and functionality.
• Lead and participate in SAP HCM-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an SAP Functional Analyst, with a strong focus on payroll and time management.
• Extensive experience working with union organizations and a strong understanding of labor relations.
• Preferred experience in human resources processes and HRIS systems.
• Business analytics expertise.
• Strong understanding of time and leave configurations.
