Your opportunity to make an impact:
The Technical Architect is responsible for providing technical leadership across our product engineering team as well as contributing to our team processes to ensure we continue building scalable, robust solutions for our customers for our next generation SaaS marketing performance management technology. The role will require strong communication, collaboration, strategic thinking, as well as in-depth Java software development experience or similar.
The right candidate will be an excellent problem solver bringing a depth of knowledge in a broad range of software technologies and tools available today. They will be excited to build and motivate our team to solve challenging technical problems to meet the needs of our customers while being scalable and secure.
This is a remote opportunity and will involve collaboration across North American and European time zones, which will at times require flexibility in work schedules.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine software architecture requirements
- Provide technical leadership to entire software engineering team
- Guide and mentor team members to build a strong technical foundation for building software
- Manage our technical roadmap/backlog to ensure our system stays up-to-date
- Support and improve the software development process within the team.
Skills and experience we’re excited about:
- 10 or more years of experience in software development
- Experience providing technical leadership/guidance across multiple teams
- Experience with Agile software development practices
- Ability to manage competing priorities and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create a culture of inclusion, collaboration, safety, and results
- Experience with AWS Infrastructure
- Bonus if you have experience working in the Marketing Industry
