Quality Operator I
Location: Onsite – Sheridan, AR · Bule 1 -1st Shift, 5:48am – 6:00pm (2-2-3 Schedule) Opportunity We are looking for Quality Operator within the Plastics Division. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting. Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities Product Inspection & Auditing · Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on products according to quality standards and documentation. · Identify any defects, deviations, or non‑conforming conditions such as surface flaws, warpage, color issues, or dimensional inconsistencies. · Perform scheduled and unscheduled audits throughout the shift based on the quality plan. Communication & Issue Reporting · Report inspection and audit findings to mold setters for immediate correction. · Escalate recurring or critical issues to supervisors or managers as required. · Communicate internal and external customer requirements, including drawings, specifications, deviations, and warranty-related information. Documentation & Systems · Record audit results accurately in the Infinity application. · Maintain a shift‑end quality log summarizing key findings, actions taken, and any open issues. · Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and compliant with quality system requirements. Here’s the qualifications we are looking for: · Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship. · Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes. · Must be at least 18 years old. · Basic computer skills and ability to use MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). · Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, deviations, and customer requirements. · Strong attention to detail and ability to detect visual and dimensional defects. · Good communication skills for reporting issues and documenting results. · Ability to work independently and take initiative in solving quality-related problems.
