Our work depends on an Enterprise IT Training Specialist joining our team to provide training that gives knowledge and skills essential to performing a mission. We are looking for someone who has experience in SQL, computer language coding experience, perhaps experience as an analyst, CORE programming language.
It is a tech position where the resource would teach.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in subject-matter field relevant to the Sponsor or advanced degree in education-related field
• Experience: 8+ years
• Technical skills
• Demonstrated experience in adult learning and classroom instructions
• Demonstrated experience with managing training priorities, programs, and issues in order to adapt training programs to reflect changes in structure, regulations, or processes\
• Demonstrated experience with varied training schedules and the ability to be adaptable and flexible when it comes to the timing
• Demonstrated experience working with back-end computer developer team
• Demonstrated experience managing group processes and eliciting student participation
• Demonstrated experience applying structured analysis methods to various types of data to establish trends, determine variability, and diagnose the effect on training curriculam
• Demonstrated experience with project management concepts and principles
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Preferred skills and abilities:
• Demonstrated experience with SQL/ICQL programming
• Demonstrated experience with Boolean Logic and other computer programming
• Demonstrated experience with oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience working independently
• Certifications: SharePoint Administrator & SharePoint Application Developer
• Location: Dulles, VA - On Customer Site
• US Citizenship Required

The likely salary range for this position is $116,979 - $155,934. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
