Senior Business Data Analyst – Enterprise Data Workflow & Requirements Specialist
Need Austin- Texas Residents Only - Contract - Austin-Texas (Hybrid)

Required:

• 8 yrs – Business Data Analyst experience with strong analytical & documentation skills
• 8 yrs – Collaboration with technical & non-technical teams on data-driven problems
• 8 yrs – Designing & optimizing data workflows using modeling/mapping tools
• 8 yrs – Writing Epics, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
• 8 yrs – Creating data dictionaries, BRDs, data mapping specs
• 8 yrs – Designing visual data models & dashboards
• 8 yrs – Leading data-focused meetings & documenting outcomes

Preferred Skills                                        

• 4 yrs – Bachelor’s in Data Science, CS, IS, or Analytics (or equivalent experience)
• 4 yrs – Strong multitasking across multiple data projects
• 3 yrs – Eligibility rules knowledge (SNAP, Medicaid, TANF)
• 3 yrs – Experience with integrated eligibility case management systems
• 3 yrs – Leading & coordinating JAD sessions

Specific Skills:

• Business/data analysis

• Writing Epics, User Stories, ACs
• Data workflow mapping & data modeling
• BRDs, data dictionaries, mapping specs
