This advertisement is for a Career Service position located at Central Office in the Office of Information Technology.

SALARY WILL BE DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT PAY POLICY.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews and submits invoices for payment. Certifies that invoice information is true and correct and that goods and services have been satisfactorily received. Records payment information in a spreadsheet and tracks the status of late or missing payments. Montiors the fluctuation of telecommunication service invoices and inspects invoice detail to identify billing issues. Communicates with vendors to obtain missing information and reconciles billing errors.
- Receives shipments of products including computers, monitors, laptops, and Information Technology products. Lifts and transports boxes and package between storage locations. Confirms that products received match the packing slip and purchase order. Communicates the status of deliveries and other teams in the Office of Technology. Tracks parital deliveries and communicates with the vendor for additional shipment information. Uses vendor websites to collect information about orders and deliveries. Works with vendors for return merchandise authorization and packages products for return shipment. Submits receipt of my MyFloridaMarket.
- Serves as the primary contact for the division with the Department's Property and Inventory Section for information technology hardware. The incumbent will accurately maintain data on the information technology property of the department which will detail the product description, serial number, employee name, the employee location, and other pertinent tracking information. Researches, follows-up, and resolves any inventory issues promptly.
- Responsible for creating, maintaining, and monitoring various reports to assist management in making decisions. The incumbent is expected to utilize analytical skills and independent judgment to review the information in these reports and provide management with recommendations to address any deficiencies that are found.
- Takes the lead on assignments and responsibilities; communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing; works well with others and individually; maintains a positive, can-do attitude; produces timely and effective results; provides quality solutions/recommendations; applies problem solving techniques; documents work flow and other activities relating to process improvements; organizes and coordinates work assignments.
- Adheres to FDC policies and procedures in the workplace and performs required training.
