Banyan Treatment Centers, a leader in addiction recovery, is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Castle Rock, CO, as the Director of Operations. This position reports directly to the facility's Executive Clinical Director and is responsible for managing the operational departments.
If you have at least 3 years of experience in substance-use-disorder or mental health treatment and a minimum of 1 year in a management role, we want to hear from you. An Associate's degree or higher is required, along with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record over the past 3 years.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of residential treatment operations, State Regulatory Guidelines, Joint Commission/CARF standards, and Patient Confidentiality laws. A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred, along with 2 or more years of management experience, but above all, we seek individuals who are committed to delivering quality care and operational excellence. Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Location: On-site presence required in Castle Rock, CO.
- Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000; salary is dependent upon education, credentials, and experience.

Essential Functions:
- Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company's efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversees operations, housekeeping, dietary, and maintenance departments, ensuring each is reaching goals set by departmental and company leadership.
- Communicates and explains new directives, policies, or procedures to directors and supervisors; for major changes, meet with entire operations staff to explain changes, answer questions and maintain morale.
- Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.
- Responsible for the supervision, training and monitoring of Operations staff.
- Manages and fully oversees all departments related to Operations: Behavioral Health Services, Housekeeping, Dietary, and Maintenance.
- Coordinates with clinical staff to establish client schedules and activities and maintains communication with counselors regarding clients.
- Assist with client interventions and addresses any grievances or complaints from the clients or Operation department staff.
- Ensures transportation safety by overseeing van inspections and following safety rules and conducts weekly safety inspections of residence and facility.
- Supervise completion of routine maintenance and all inspections and safety reports and turn in on schedule in a timely, efficient manner.
