Leader of Integration Operations

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary operations point of contact during acquisition integration efforts.
• Attend all V1 and Due Diligence site walks to represent the operations voice.
• Oversee the operational transition of newly acquired sites from Day 1 through stabilization.
• Coordinate with Operations Directors, Regional Leaders, Store Leaders, and Training to ensure alignment with Quick Quack standards and culture.
• Lead the development and execution of site readiness plans, including staffing, training, SOP alignment, and customer experience.
• Work with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to ensure proper onboarding of acquired team members.
• Collaborate with the Quality and Equipment Standards Leader to ensure sites meet equipment and cleanliness expectations.
• Support go/no-go decisions for soft and grand openings based on operational readiness checklists.
• Monitor performance and support rapid improvement cycles post-integration to drive KPIs (safety, quality, speed, service, sales, labor).
• Facilitate feedback loops between operations and the integration team to capture lessons learned and improve future playbooks.
• Brand Operations Support for the Service center.
• Brand Operations leadership where Operations is not present.

Desired Qualifications
• Proven leadership experience in single or multi-site operations, ideally in the express car wash sector or food/retail environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complexity and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and all levels of the organization.
• Experience leading through change, with a bias for action and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with acquisition or change management processes is a plus.
•  Ability to travel extensively to current operating markets and new markets.
