Senior Platform Engineer - Call Routing

This is an opportunity for experienced engineers to join a team that values automation, cloud-first thinking, and on-the-job learning in <strong>VoIP/SIP</strong> and <strong>contact centre technologies</strong>.</p><p>You’ll help scale Kubernetes-based systems, improve observability, and integrate CI/CD pipelines — all while being mentored by voice platform experts to gain exposure to tools like <strong>Genesys</strong>, <strong>Amazon Connect</strong>, and more.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Build and maintain resilient Linux-based systems for customer contact services</li> </ul><ul> <li>Contribute to platform automation, monitoring, and deployment tooling (CI/CD, GitOps, etc.)</li> </ul><ul> <li>Troubleshoot and support production systems in a 24/7 high-availability environment</li> </ul><ul> <li>Collaborate with senior engineers to upskill in SIP, VoIP, and telephony environments</li> </ul><ul> <li>Participate in agile sprint cycles, code reviews, and platform optimisation efforts</li> </ul><ul> <li>Write and maintain platform documentation and incident runbooks</li> </ul><p><strong>Ideal Experience</strong></p><ul> <li>5+ years in <strong>platform, cloud, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering</strong> roles</li> </ul><ul> <li>Strong skills in <strong>Linux</strong>, <strong>Docker/Kubernetes</strong></li> </ul><ul> <li>Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and monitoring frameworks</li> </ul><ul> <li><strong>Co</strong><strong>ntact centre tooling</strong> (Genesys, Amazon Connect, Avaya) in Routing.
