From contract signature to the first successful transaction, you will be the main point of contact and orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of tailored API integrations with a focus on complex payment schemes.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><strong><span>Responsibilities</span></strong></p><p><strong><span> </span></strong></p><p><span>●       Lead full lifecycle implementations of Lemonway’s solutions for top-tier strategic clients, following established processes.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>●       Understand customer complexity and design their payment architecture, user journeys, and integration strategies.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>●       Coordinate and align internal and external stakeholders (product, tech, compliance, sales) throughout the implementation.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>●       Support customers through API integration, advise on payment workflows, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>●       Collaborate with Product on pilot implementations, document new processes, and relay customer feedback to influence product improvements.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>●       Partner with Sales to develop customized offers addressing clients’ payment complexities.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p></p><p><em><span><span> </span></span></em></p> <h3>Requirements</h3> <p><strong><span>ABOUT YOU</span></strong></p><p> </p><p><span>The ideal candidate for this role will be client-oriented, techie and payment expert with excellent communication and analytical skills.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><strong><span>Desired skills</span></strong></p><p><span>●       Strong project management skills in complex, multi-stakeholder contexts.</span></p><p><span>●       Excellent relationship management and client communication capabilities.</span></p><p><span>●       Ability to prioritize, organize and meet tight deadlines.</span></p><p><span>●       Problem solver, resourceful, curious, with strong analytical skills.</span></p><p><span>●       Proficient in office productivity tools.</span></p><p><span>●       Fluent in German, English and French; additional European languages (Italian, Spanish) are a plus.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><strong><span>Experience</span></strong></p><p><span>●       Minimum 5 years in customer-facing and project management roles, preferably in Fintech or payments.</span></p><p><span>●       Experience with the payment industry, banking or finance, and API-based integrations is highly desirable.</span></p><p><span>●       Master’s degree in business management, Project Management or related field.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Lemonway is committed to promoting diversity, in particular by encouraging the gender mix and the employment of people with disabilities.</span></p><p></p>
