We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the Business Banking - SCF team.
Job Introduction
Supply Chain Finance Program Manager – Business Banking for South India, Location – Bengaluru.
Principal Responsibilities:
· Onboard and manage anchors for dealer, supplier and IWC programs across South zone.
· Lead end to end responsibilities for programs - from sourcing-limit approvals-documentation-limit set up-customized digitization-utilization-monitoring and overall program returns.
· Coordinate with dealer/vendor sales RMs for effective conversion of leads.
· Maintain relationship with anchor, zonal / local teams and source active leads, market intelligence, feedback on dealers, suppliers etc.
· Maintain relationship with all internal stakeholders for effective business rollout.
· Maintain relationship with large dealer / supplier promoters and team to get best possible share, terms and utilization under HSBC DF limits.
· Contribute towards initiatives on digitization, product structuring, improvements etc.
Role Requirements / Education Qualifications / Certifications / Experience:
· MBA / CA
· Experience of 5-15 Years. Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in anchor acquisition role with banks. Higher experience a positive.
· Product & Industry knowledge.
· Relationship with anchors.
· Go getter approach and ability to manage excellent relationship with clients and internal stakeholders.
Pro-Tip: Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
