The Customer & Partner Leading Practices (C&P LP) organization provides prescriptive guidance to our customers, partners, and internal consultants on how to implement, adopt, and demonstrate the value of our platform.
The Senior Product Portfolio Manager – HR Service Delivery Leading Practices is a key position within the C&P LP organization that owns the creation and maintenance of Leading Practices through deep ServiceNow platform knowledge, implementation experience, analytical thinking, consistent collaboration, and succinct communication.
The Senior Product Portfolio Manager position requires a highly focused thought leader who can inspire and drive customer outcomes with prescriptive guidance, recommendations, and insights.

- Own a portfolio of leading practices content focused on HR Service Delivery, acting as an expert thought leader in the ServiceNow eco-system
- Participate in driving the growth and adoption of an innovative and fast-growing product
- Develop a network of customers, partners, and peers to understand priority issues, harvest insights, and generate Leading Practices content. This includes regular collaboration with your ServiceNow colleagues such as outbound product managers, expert services, product success, and customer success teams. It also includes regular feedback from external partners and customers, as needed.
- Demonstrate your expertise in ServiceNow and your industry knowledge of Human Resources and HR Service Delivery functions by authoring prescriptive guidance on how to implement, adopt, and demonstrate value with ServiceNow
- Independently establish a content strategy for your portfolio incorporating multiple content formats and content distribution channels
- Conduct research to maintain/understand the customer’s top goals and challenges and develop insights
- Provide authoritative, official ServiceNow platform adoption and implementation answers and insights
- Publish Leading Practice content such as process guides, solution designs, workshop presentations, white papers, accelerators, and customer answers
- Support the Go-To-Market process by ensuring Leading Practice content remains accurate
- Represent ServiceNow at industry conferences, user groups and partner enablement events
- Liaise with the product development team to understand the future of the portfolio and ensure new platform features are accompanied by consistent and high-quality leading practices
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
3-5 years of experience of implementing ServiceNow
Knowledge of Human Resources processes and systems is required
Willingness to learn new products and understand customer challenges.
Digital transformation experience as a customer or consultant. This includes activities such as: planning and governance, business case development, product roadmap creation, solution analysis and design, system and process design.
