Position: Guest Care Coordinator

Schedule: Full-Time 7AM-5PM Monday-Friday!

Pay: $15.00/hour PLUS commission and bonuses!

What You'll do as a Guest Care Coordinator (Your Purpose):

• Be a GREAT teammate.
• Responsible for assisting, obtaining, and retaining guests by setting appointments for the Service team.
• Ensure consistent and reliable follow-up with the management team on opportunities to increase business.
• Use a multi-line phone system to answer and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
