Overview
General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS), a premier provider to the US Department of Defense and allied nations, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist II/ Administrative Services Senior Partner to join our Folsom, California team.
The Human Resources Generalist II/ Administrative Services Senior Partner designs, implements and monitors a variety of human resource programs. This position anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management. Responsibilities are within the Human Resources Function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines. This role also serves as the primary administrative support for our Folsom office. In this capacity the position manages calendars and independently schedules appointments. Additionally the position is responsible for calls and correspondence, arranging complex programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities and catering, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers,and controlling event budgets. The HR Generalist II/ Administrative Services Senior Partner will also be responsible for booking travel arrangements and preparing and processing expense reports. Additionally this position is responsible for maintaining office supplies and kitchen/break room supplies, arranging for any on-site catering, distributing mail, and any additional tasks as directed.
This is a full-time on-site position.

*We are on a 9/80 schedule (9 hour days Monday - Thursday, alternating Fridays off, opposite Fridays 8 hour days).
Major Position Responsibilities
- Supports the organization by implementing and administering human resources programs or policies.
- Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, which may include recruiting and staffing, administration of compensation and benefits programs training and development, employee or labor relations, and affirmative action/equal employment opportunity compliance.
- Completes personnel transactions and maintains associated records.
- Collects and analyzes internal and external information in order to compare the organizations HR practices to those prevailing in the market.
- Ensures compliance with applicable labor laws or regulations.

Basic Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Bachelors Degree preferred, Human Resources or Business Management preferred
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR preferred
- 2-4 years experience relevant to the positions functional area

Pay Range (USD)
$65,450.00 - $121,550.00 annuallyPay Transparency Statement

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training.
