Senior Insurance Restoration EstimatorReports to: Construction Division Manager Job Duties·         Supports overall marketing by building relationships with adjusters, property managers, and other direct referral sources. ·         Prepares estimates to repair property damaged by fire, water, and storms.·         Works with insurance adjusters to agree upon the scope and price of the work.·         Obtains a signed work authorization from the property owner.·         Coordinates supplements and change orders with the adjuster and the Project Manager·         Deliver an approved estimate that is accurate and complete to the Project Manager, they can begin repairs immediately.·         Coordinates with Accounts Receivable and the Project Manager on payment. Compensation & Benefits ·         $80k base salary + commissions with target total compensation of $95-$120k, depending on sales, and profitability of the jobs  estimated and completed·         Company vehicle·         Cell phone allowance·         401(k), medical insurance, paid time off and sick days·         Access to Paul Davis On-Line University and regular training opportunities

Requirements·         High School Diploma or equivalent·         Five years of insurance estimating experience
·         Experience with insurance industry property repair programs is a strong plus
·         Highly Organized·         High level Communicator·         High aptitude in Microsoft office·         Driver’s license and clean record·         Must pass a criminal background check   Compensation: $80,000.00 per year
