UCLA Health seeks to recruit a burn surgeon to join our team at the UCLA West Valley Medical Center. The UCLA West Valley Burn Center provides care to both adult and pediatric patients with burn injuries. We provide comprehensive services for the critical care, medical, surgical, and reconstructive treatment of patients with burn injuries and burn related diseases. The applicant will be expected to participate in all aspects of burn care including inpatient and outpatient clinical services, the operating room, and panel call coverage.  The practice will focus on burn care with additional opportunities to develop an elective general and/or plastic surgery practice as applicable.

The University of California, Los Angeles is required to provide an estimate of the salary range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Salary offers are determined based on candidate qualifications and experience. The target salary range for this position is $157,200.00-$330,200.00

We’re seeking an exceptionally skilled, professional, and dedicated individual who meets the below qualifications:

1. Board Certified or eligible in General and/or Plastic Surgery
2. California licensed or license eligible
3. Previous experience preferred, but not required
4. Completion of an ACGME accredited surgery residency (plastic or general)
5. Completion of a burn fellowship program
