- The Customer Success Services (CSS) is a unit within Oracle’s Customer Service Organization that enables long term advanced support relationships with many of Oracle's largest customers.

To be considered for this Software Engineer internship in the Customer Success Services organization, you must possess the Objective Minimum Qualifications (OMQs) below. Please ensure that your application clearly indicates that you meet these OMQs, either on your resume and/or by uploading additional documents such as a transcript.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree only in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business, or equivalent engineering/science major, completing your junior year IN SUMMER 2024 .
- Reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the US.
- Able to obtain work authorization in the US in 2024.
- Are proficient (e.g., can complete coding projects without any assistance) in two or more of the following computer languages:
- C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, NoSQL, PL/SQL, Go, or similar object oriented or functional programming languages.
- Have academic coursework, completed projects, prior internship and/or research experience or equivalent in at least three of the following areas:
- Algorithms, Machine Learning, Compilers, Computer Architecture, Data Mining, High Performance Computing, Distributed Systems, Data Structures, Natural Language Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Object Oriented Design, Network Security, Big Data, Web/Mobile Technologies, Operating Systems, Database Systems, Cloud Computing, Parallel Programming, Compilers, High performance Computing.
- Have proven experience (internships, projects, coursework) working on at least two of the following areas:
- Linux Operating Systems
- Web Services
- Compute Platforms (such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Storm, Ganglia, Nagios, openTSDB, Elasticsearch or others)
- Scrum & Agile Methodologies
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Basic knowledge of database concepts (Optional).
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms and services and an eagerness to deepen your expertise (optional).
US: Hiring Range: from $18.13 to $46.00 per hour; from $37,700 to $95,680 per annum.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
