• $20.00/hour minimum (wage based on experience)

JOB TYPE: Full-time or Part-time

Looking for a full-time or part-time Monday through Friday job with a flexible schedule? Hall Automotive in Waukesha is where you want to look! We are looking for a professional and friendly individual for our Building Maintenance position to join our team in supporting our dealership staff and customers by performing general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities. 

Maintenance includes general electrical, heating and cooling, and other building systems, including inclement weather tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities will consist of multitude of tasks that are to be completed daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, seasonally, yearly, or as needed. Such tasks would include:

• Responsible for routine inspections and identifies repairs needed to equipment and/or facilities
• Performs routine maintenance and general repairs on building systems and equipment
• General janitorial duties such as cleaning shop floor, tool room area, alignment pit, car wash, and other equipment or areas
• Maintaining external building and grounds
• Grease/lube/paint equipment (as needed)
• Disposal of trash, scrap metal, old tires, cores, etc.
• Restocking of supplies
• Performs other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• 18-years of age
• Valid driver license and safe driving record (required)
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Good physical condition and strength
• Previous experience (preferred)
