Responsibilities:
Verify and validate the requirements and design of an automated secure evaluation and authorization process.
Implement streamlined workflows and approval systems.
Design and integrate continuous monitoring and assessment protocols.
Establish network data gathering mechanisms across project lifecycles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new security measures.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in system engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline.
5+ years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
20+ years’ experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope.
Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts
Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Ability to define, implement and maintain processes and procedures to meet project objectives.
Experienced with analyzing and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Experienced with developing initiatives for continuous process improvements.
Ability to work with the customer and developers in integration of applications.
Ability to use best practices to carry out system engineering, reengineering, process measurements and change management activities.
Experience working with stakeholders to identify business requirements, processes, and risks.
Experience working with AWS, C2S, C2E, and/or HCI
Experience working within an Agile development team
Desired:
Experience in applying systems engineering principles to process modernization projects
Proficiency in activity and data modeling
Expertise in coordinating multiple project teams for enterprise-wide integration
Strong documentation and requirement tracking skills
