Our goal is to deliver safer surgery around the world. Our Touch SurgeryTM Video solution is an innovative video management and data analytics platform for hospitals that includes the DS1 Computer, our first OR device, allowing surgeons, OR team members, and trainees to securely access videos of their procedures shortly after surgery. The device uses AI to automatically process and upload videos. Our surgical training platform is the award-winning Touch SurgeryTM application that provides safe and accessible training for surgeons and other health care professionals. Our newly launched Touch SurgeryTM Livestream platform brings the best surgical practices directly to surgical teams, no matter where they are, creating an immersive learning environment that transcends physical boundaries.
As we expand the commercialization of Touch SurgeryTM Ecosystem in the US, this is an exciting opportunity to join the team and charter the next frontier. We are looking for a Sr. Manager to lead the Customer Success team in the US. This is an exciting new position and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to establish and develop the Customer Success team across the region, in alignment with the business’s objectives. Reporting directly to the Global Director of Customer Success, this is an opportunity to work alongside the business’s sales team in the region and our global product and engineering teams, to bring innovation and digital technologies to hospitals while developing a world-class team that is at the forefront of the digital transformation in Surgery.
The Customer Success team includes the implementation team, responsible for project management and implementation of Touch Surgery Ecosystem at our customer Hospital sites and the Customer Engagement team, responsible for driving adoption and success of our live install base.
We are looking for candidates with demonstrated experience in establishing and developing a team and implementing digital solutions in a healthcare setting, with a strong digital health, technology and Customer Success background. This role will involve driving internal stakeholders and across team collaboration for developing end to end customer success as well as working directly with hospital stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you need to have an entrepreneurial mind set, strong project management skills, and be an effective communicator to various stakeholder groups, being able to adapt to change in a dynamic environment.
This is a remote based position, based in the US
