Warehouse Manager

This highly visible leadership role is responsible for all warehousing activities, personnel, and operational excellence.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">We're looking for a leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. The right candidate will drive accountability, develop their team, and create a culture focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.</p> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Own and oversee warehouse operations, ensuring performance goals are met across safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.</li> <li>Supervise, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates while setting clear expectations and driving accountability for safety, quality, and productivity.</li> <li>Drive a culture where employees consistently exceed customer expectations in quality, delivery, and service.</li> <li>Ensure accurate inventory management through cycle counts, audits, and inventory control best practices.</li> <li>Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures that improve consistency and efficiency.</li> <li>Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and operational processes to maximize productivity.</li> <li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Enforce all company safety policies and warehouse regulations, ensuring a safe work environment for every employee.</li> <li>Resolve operational issues quickly while maintaining high service levels.</li> <li>Manage departmental budgets and support cost-control initiatives.</li> <li>Maintain compliance with all company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.</li> </ul> <h2>What We're Looking For</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>5+ years of warehouse experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.</li> <li>A proven leader who motivates teams, develops employees, and builds accountability.</li> <li>A hands-on manager who balances operational leadership with team development and knows when to step in to help drive results.</li> <li>Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Knowledge of warehouse safety standards, OSHA regulations, and best practices.</li>
