Leasing Professional – The Nelson, Nashville, TN

Are you a people person with a passion for helping others find their perfect home? The Nelson, a premier community in Nashville, is hiring a Leasing Professional to join our high-performing, resident-focused team!

What You’ll Do:
As a key part of our leasing team, you’ll create exceptional experiences for prospects and residents by:

• Touring and leasing apartments
• Processing applications and rental documents
• Maintaining accurate resident records
• Promoting the community through outreach and social media
• Keeping model units and common areas show-ready
• Supporting a strong resident retention program

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of leasing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, sales, or hospitality skills required
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus
• Comfortable using Outlook, Word, Excel, and social platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Must be available to work Saturdays
