Lifecycle Marketing Manager

We are a collective of engineers, product managers, and marketers with a common passion to help decentralize finance and level the economic playing field for everyone around the world.   What we’re looking for: We’re seeking a talented and passionate Lifecycle Marketing Lead to join our Growth team. Data analysis as well as ingenuity and creativity are vital as this role will be driving improvements to our products, user experiences and marketing campaigns across all surfaces of our platform (email, push, in-app messages, web+app screens, retargeting banners).  

Top responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize promotional & product email, push, and web campaigns
• Manage strategy for key consumer lifecycle segments, ensure business objectives are met across different products and across local markets across OKX
• Analyze campaign performance to provide actionable recommendations to the marketing & product strategies based on performance
• Oversee marketing campaigns from start to finish: You will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign.

 

You’d be a great fit if you have the following skills:

• 5+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, ideally with a mix of big corporate & startup experience
• Can manage campaigns & programs from concept through execution. Skilled at strategy and execution.
• Experience with AB Testing & experiment development.
• Are a strong collaborator. Can work closely with teams across the organization

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $160,000.

The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the [salary] / [hourly wage], a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
