THE ROLE: Assistant Boutique Producer

We are looking for a detail-oriented problem solver, with a member first mentality that will help drive revenue & extend our world class brands and franchises in the e-commerce space. The Assistant Boutique Producer is responsible for the day-to-day execution of all member facing content, product set-up, and visual merchandising for Rue La La and Gilt websites. 

This role will collaborate with virtually every function in RGG to bring sales boutiques to market. Successful candidates are curious and passionate and always looking for ways to spark delight in our members, whether it be through process enhancements, fresh ideas, or innovation.

What You’ll Do: 

• Actively track production facets of customer facing digital content on Rue La La and Gilt websites including product details, descriptions, titles and images, and ensure SKUs are categorized accurately 
• Collaborate across Merchandising, Creative, Planning, Programming, CS, and Technology teams to build and launch high quality online experiences and ensure site issues resolved
• Set up new site pages/sections and campaign landing pages using content management tools
• Facilitate style updates with internal Production teams (Features, Imaging)
• Communicate with Merchant team on sample and vendor asset timelines for most accurate boutique inventory
• Optimize site product recommendations and sorting to ensure best possible consumer experience and drive conversion
• Action daily reporting on issue styles
• Raise concerns, issues, and recommendations within a timely manner on all boutiques
• QA boutiques pre-launch to ensure accuracy on website

• Passionate about Merchandising, e-commerce, and all things fashion!
• 0-2 years’ experience: internships and co-ops are welcome
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel); comfortable with tools in an online environment
• An effective communicator and loves to collaborate with others
• Someone who loves a challenge and won’t back down 
• Looking to be mentored by senior associates

Base Salary: $48,000 - $50,000

Rue Gilt Groupe is committed to providing Associates with equal pay for equal work and carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to, prior experience, education, certification(s), license(s), skills and expertise, location,  internal equity, and other factors that are job related and consistent with business need. Our goal is to support, reward and compensate the entire individual. Depending on role eligibility, your offer may also include bonus/commission, stock options, 401(k) participation & match, paid time off, medical, dental, vision and basic life insurance. Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated.
