<p>Group Credit Management is developing with high speed to meet demand for future credit decision automation and compliance. As a part of this journey the Information and Analytics Capability team is growing in number and to have enough leadership capacity to support and coach all employees, we have updated the Nordic organisation by splitting it in two units reflecting our stakeholders: Reporting and Analytics, and Credit Automation and Data management.</p>

<p>We are now looking for an experienced People Leader for the Credit Automation and Data management team. This is a people focused role needing an understanding of business processes and a strong background in development and data.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>This is an opportunity for you to be part of one of the most exciting and challenging efforts on our journey, to develop consistent and quality assured data for monitoring and automation of credit assessment and decision processes in Retail and Non-Retail, that can meet the demand from our external regulators as well as automate and simplify the credit processes.</p>

<p>You will join the Information Capability and Analytics team where we set the scene for developing data reflecting Credit risk for the entire Nordea Group. To reach this goal we collaborate extensively with other units primarily the other Capability teams Retail, C&I and High risk and their stakeholders as well as with GDMO and Group Finance.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>As the Team Leader, you will play an important role in ensuring our teams are well equipped to support solutions and data for credit risk assessment, decision, and performance over the life cycle of a credit. In this team we run the Risk data council and we take new and critical credit and risk data under governance.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Your team analyses requirements, owns key data assets, drive data governance and manage functional leadership for the data analysts and data stewards. We have a diverse team with different backgrounds and levels of knowledge, where our focus is on continuously improving on both the individual and team level.</p>

<p>We are looking for a team leader that is ready to support our team members in their delivers as a servant leader, as well as someone who is full of ideas to create a great place to work and coordinate key activities to attract, lead, and retain talented minds and diverse personalities across Information Capability and Analytics. </p>

<p>What you’ll be doing:</p>
<ul>
<li>Support and mentor a team of experienced Product owners, Data asset owners and Data analysts.</li>
<li>Set direction via team and individual goals, empower team members within their responsibilities and follow up on deliveries.</li>
<li>Provide timely feedback, continuous coaching and evaluate and leverage performance.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and manage performance and development activities with our stakeholders and in Information Capability and Analytics.</li>
</ul>

<p>Your experience and background:</p>
<ul>
<li>Team leader or management experience. </li>
<li>Change management experience for data activities, ideally using Agile methodologies.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in developing, analysing, and managing data, knowing what good data quality looks like.</li>
<li>Good understanding of business processes and credit risk in banking.</li>
<li>Strong networking skills.</li>
<li>Coaching and mentoring experience.</li>
<li>Bachelor's or Master's degree.</li>
<li>Fluent in spoken and written English.</li>
