Our Finance Transformation Team’s mission is to help organizations reimagine and transform the way they work, leveraging technology through a holistic, business-led approach that delivers tangible benefits and value. Our Project Management Office within Finance Transformation enables organizations to successfully navigate and achieve their finance transformation objectives. We are dedicated to providing strategic guidance, governance, and project management expertise that drive the effective execution of initiatives.

Due to the continued growth of our business, we are looking for Finance Transformation Experienced Project/Program/PMO professionals (all levels considered) with a preference for banking sector profiles.

Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team:

• Lead or manage projects from a technical perspective with top-down oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle, from the formulation of the Business Case to its final rollout to production. Ensure projects adhere to scope and timeline standards.

• Coordinate with teams to estimate resources needed to achieve project goals. Work closely with technical leads to set delivery tasks and priorities.

• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path tasks. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Review proposed modifications to project plans and initiate meetings with stakeholders to approve and implement beneficial changes.

• Act as the primary point of contact with the team or clients, including handling new features, change requests, and incident reports.

• Monitor budget progress and provide accurate financial forecasts.

• Prepare monthly progress reports by generating dashboards for relevant projects.

• Monitor the preparation of billing and follow-up on invoice generation.

What we are looking for:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.

• 2+ years of Project Management experience in IT projects (SAP experience will be considered as a plus).

• Experience in the banking sector is required.

• Excellent planning and strong oral and written communication skills in Greek and English.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, techniques, and understanding of PMO functions, trends, and best practices.

• Ability to work within project constraints to ensure milestones and delivery dates are met.

• Strong team spirit, knowledge sharing, and the ability to work autonomously within a team with a positive attitude.

• PMP or Prince2 certification will be considered a strong plus.

• Creative and analytical thinking to solve complex problems.

• Self-motivated with a commitment to continued learning and development.

• Dedication to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships.
