iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Customer Fulfilment Business Analyst - VIE Contract (W/M)

Target start date: 1/07/2024

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining plans, backlog, priorities and milestones supporting GPLs and neighboring functions with PM tasks
• Maintaining an engaged Customer Fulfilment community. Keeping an updated list of contacts, organizing webinars,
• Maintain training materials up to date in synch with the new CORE model releases in Customer Engagement, Order Management and Transportation & Warehousing
• Support on UAT executions for Digital and Analytics developments

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Business & Administration or Industrial engineering (Master of Science in Data Analytics/Business would be an asset)
• Practical field knowledge in business supply chain
• Fluent in English, French/Spanish is a plus
• Strong skills on using applications and build reports (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI)
• Able to build data models (SQL, R, macros) would be a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ready for continuous learning and improvement
• Open personality and professional communication style
• Good Team Player
• Highly motivated and a self-starter
• Resourceful and innovative
• Value diversity and integrity
• Ability to perform independently and in a collaborative environment
• Project Management certification (i.e.: PMP) and experience working with SAP would be a plus
