THE JOB:
Join the MGM Springfield Talent Acquisition team as our Employment Specialist! You will play a key role in delivering unforgettable candidate experiences as you on-board and process all the new stars of the show! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring every new hire step aligns the MGM Resorts standards. THE STARTING RATE: $20.00 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Support the Massachusetts Gaming Commission Licensing registration process for new hires, transfers, and terminations.
• Review and confirm new hire details before processing, including sending confirmations.
• Ensure all hiring paperwork and processes (like I-9s and background checks) meet legal and company standards.
• Help schedule and organize new hire orientation and onboarding steps.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in Human Resources
• High School Diploma or GED
