FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

GS-09 Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Comprehensive detailed knowledge and understanding of budgetary policies, procedures and regulations. Knowledge on directives and instructions that impact a wide range of financial management functions. Utilizing Government Commercial Purchase Card Programs and Defense Travel Program. Proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint applications. Knowledge of financial management system, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). GS-07 Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Comprehensive detailed knowledge and understanding of budgetary policies, procedures and regulations. Knowledge on directives and instructions that impact a wide range of financial management functions. Proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint applications. Recommending methods for the use of funds to support the organization's programs and activities.
