We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for coaching and growing engineers as well as guiding the growth of the engineering team as a senior member and leader.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage, coach & grow engineers
• Help your team form & bond
• Recruiting & onboarding engineers to your team and contribute to improving our overall process
• Create an environment of continuous learning
• Unblock individuals & teams, give them the tools to unblock themselves
• Use a continuous improvement mindset to help the team improve process
• Work as part of the engineering leadership team to build a great engineering culture

What We Expect From You:

• 2+ years management experience
• Comfortable working on an agile team and curious about learning new things
• Enjoy using test driven development and pair programming, can guide others to use them well.
• Enjoy coaching & growing engineers
• Comfortable moving fast and working through ambiguity - we are a small startup and are working on balancing the demands of business growth and platform reliability

 

The target salary range for this position is $179,100 - 218,550, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
