Global Biologics Laboratory (GBL) responsible for the release testing of Biologics Drug product for the network, is also based on the Cruiserath Biologics Campus.</p><p>BMS Cruiserath has been awarded “Biopharma Company of the Year 2019” in the Irish Pharma Industry Awards and is certified as a Great Place to Work since 2017, including as a Great Place to Work for Women in 2020, 2021 and 2022.  </p><p></p><p>The Role</p><p>BMS Cruiserath Biologics is seeking to recruit a Senior Finance Manager (Project Controller). Reporting directly to the Finance Director for Cruiserath Biologics. The Project Controller will work with the Sterile Drug Product Leadership team to ensure the highest standards of stewardship and control are maintained in this multi-year strategic project. The Project Controller will also drive continuous improvement, innovation a deploy problem solving tools to ensure project &amp; operations success.</p><p></p><p>Key Duties and Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Drive expenditure control for the Sterile Drug Product operations.</li><li>Collaborate with a number of Stakeholders to support delivery of this key strategic project</li><li>Maintain the highest standards of stewardship and control</li><li>Delivery of high quality financial and management reports including monthly management accounts, budgets and projections.</li><li>Tracking and monitoring of Capital project performance, variance and trend analysis to support business planning and decision making</li><li>Preparation and submission of grant applications</li><li>Preparation and review of key account reconciliations</li><li>Working closely in partnership with project controls and shared services to ensure adherence to all technical accounting policies and procedures</li><li>Support of internal and external audits</li></ul><p></p><p>Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required:</p><ul><li>The ideal candidate will be an experienced qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA CPA), with a minimum of 5 years PQE</li><li>Strong financial project management skills, knowledge of product costing and development of digital platforms.</li><li>A comprehensive knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, internal controls and business partnering.</li><li>Ability to build strong partnerships, influence Leadership and work in a collaborative environment with both internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Knowledge of US GAAP principles as well as local accounting principles.</li><li>Agility to manage operating budgets, anticipate emerging issues and communicate scenario analysis.</li><li>The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.</li><li>Strong organisational and problem solving skills, as well as demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills are essential.</li><li>SAP experience is desired.</li></ul><p></p><p>Why you should apply</p><p></p><ul><li>You will help patients in their fight against serious diseases </li><li>You will be part of a company that encourages excellence and innovation, respects diversity, develops leaders and values its employees. </li><li>You’ll get a competitive salary and a great benefits package including an annual bonus, pension contribution, family medical allowance, 27 days of annual leave, life assurance, on-site gym.</li></ul><p></p><p>#L
