Then apply now!</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>You will play a leading role in achieving digital transformation within procurement across the entire business working with multiple functions and stakeholders, in order to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach. You will define and implement a global strategy with the aim of improving our operational performance. </p><p>Lead Strategy, Projects &amp; Operations:</p><ul><li>Developing an integrated procurement technology &amp; process roadmap (automation, transparency, compliance)</li><li>Ensuring that procurement technology and process capability remains integrated and aligned with all other areas of the value chain and associated technology projects across Doka</li><li>Developing a framework for the assessment and prioritization of procurement technology projects</li><li>Definition and set up of a global structure which supports the countries in regards of master data and procurement processes</li><li>Trend scouting for procurement methods, systems and processes</li><li>Delivering technology and process improvement projects, including the application of efficiency methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma and agile project management methods</li><li>Rollout of SAP ERP and other Software systems &amp; tools</li><li>PCM Controlling - Harmonization and simplification of PCM processes and guidelines</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Advanced graduate degree and excellent academic record (e.g., Master or MBA)</li><li>Project Management Experience (Agile) </li><li>Understanding of industry 4.0 technologies /Advanced SAP ERP knowledge</li><li>Experience in managing IT, Technology implementation or digital transformational projects</li><li>Knowledge of the end-to-end procurement process is highly preferable</li><li>Open for international assignments</li><li>Excellent German &amp; English skills</li><li>Growth mindset /agile approach facing challenges</li><li>Strong ability to quickly build rapport and to communicate with multiple stakeholders at different levels</li><li>Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply &amp; succinctly</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>You will be part of the Global Procurement Organization with an attractive working environment in a successful, international family business.</p><p>A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience. We are required by law to state a minimum salary.
