Digital Media Specialist

Salary: $62,684.00- $97,159.00

SUMMARY

Responsible for managing the email marketing and website content channels for the Operating Companies for Northeast Shared Services, as well as the creative ownership of both the content/ecommerce ‘sides’ of the operating company’s website. This position is also responsible for overseeing, facilitating/taking part in the digital design function of the digital department, specific to each operating company of Northeast Shared Services, as a hybrid marketer-designer role unique to all other roles on the team. This will require collaboration with the team’s sister Advertising department, for creative development/direction, photo/video shoot assistance, and more.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• CMS site management, content & functionality optimization, content building/editing, page wireframing & drafting, site updating & troubleshooting
• Interfacing/liaising with site development partner (Webstop)
• Shopping site (ecommerce) co-management with ecommerce team: Content & functionality optimization, content building/editing, interfacing with NSS ecommerce team
• Local listings content management, in collaboration with Digital Marketing Coordinator
• Store content page planning/development
• SEO: planning/development, content optimization cycle planning
• Digital performance reporting & analytics
• Liaising with Digital Strategy & Measurement consulting agency Email Marketing

• Email marketing program management: Campaign planning, content calendar maintenance, optimization
• Journeys, automations & personalization: functionality development, testing & optimization
• Performance reporting, audience segmentation & churn maintenance, platform troubleshooting, design coordination with Graphic Designer 
• Liaising with CRM/email marketing trade partner - Digital Design & Creative Direction
• Creative development of digital/ecommerce elements, video/animation design
• Collaboration with/directing work of Graphic Designer (NSS Advertising team)
• Resource allocation in collaboration with NSS Advertising team, photography/artwork sourcing
• Creative optimization & best-practice review
• Liaising with branding agency (FARM) through NSS Advertising team

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a Valid Driver’s License
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must submit to DL Monitoring
• Satisfactory performance reviews.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2-3 years of related experience.

The disclosed compensation range for this position is applicable within the state the position resides. The actual base pay offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The compensation range is one component of Price Chopper/Market 32 and Northeast Shared Services’ total compensation and benefits package, which includes, 401(k), 401(k) match, paid time off, comprehensive health benefits, and more.
